If you receive a defective product or the wrong item please contact us immediately to arrange replacement. We offer a 15-day money back guarantee on defective items in their original packaging. Returns must be authorised by WyldSpice by email or telephone. To qualify for this guarantee, the order must be recieved within 15 days of the original order.Return postage is paid by customer. WyldSpice advises customers to thoroughly check the product when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products. Exchanges are permitted for garment sizing, no refund or exchange is offered for variations in fabric due to the nature of it's origin. Refunds for colour variations are not permitted, please see image disclaimer. Aromatic products purchased from WyldSpice are non-refundable, as we cannot restock oilswith a broken seal.
